SML Salsa Company is searching for a few more dancers to join our team. The performance team will learn Bachata choreography and perform at local venues and other dance events such as festivals or congresses.

Our laid back try-outs will start at 6:45pm in the Multi-Purpose room at Prestige Gymnastics Academy in Vinton at the Lancelot Sports Complex. Prestige is located on the third floor. The Multi-purpose room is on the opposite side of the gymnastics gym down the hallway that’s behind the parent seating area.

Try-outs will be laid back. If you like bachata and have always wanted to perform or try your hand at memorizing choreography, feel free to come on out.

The 2025 Performance Team is NOT a for-profit team, so try-outs and participation will be free. No choreography fees will be charged. The only fees associated with making the team will be to purchase a costume and any entry fees to events that we may perform at.

*Due to our team being comprised of dancers from all over the area, most practices will be held at the more central Vinton location. Occasionally, practices may also occur at the SML location.*
